MIGUEL ETCHEPARE
Born in Chile in 1955, in Santiago; he will remain there until 1969 He leaves for Barcelona where he finishes his secondary studies.
Back in Chile at the age of 21, he began studying journalism and photography.
He began his career in advertising and editorial agencies.
He decided to specialize in gastronomy, following ten consecutive years spent in New York with one of the best New York food photographers.
He will teach him all the magic of light; therefore, he excels at it.
It was during this period that he discovered a new path, that of author photography. This will result in his first exhibition “Bulding Art” which was the study of the behavior of light, reflecting on the Empire State Building, at various times of the day.
At the end of 2016, he decided to come and settle in Brussels.
REFLEXIONS is his first exhibition in Europe.
